QB Alex Smith, Redskins, suffered a strong injury in a duel vs. Texas people

LANDOVER, Md. – Alex Smith, quarterback of the Washington Redskins, suffered an injury to his right ankle where he had to leave Camilla del Campo during the third quarter of the match against the Houston Texans.

The Redskins acquired Smith in the offseason in a trade in which they sent third round pick and cornerback Kendall Fuller to the Chiefs.
