CODY, Wyo. (AP) – Kanye West has been denied permission to build an amphitheater on his farm in Wyoming.
The Park Area Planning and Zoning Commission made a decision Tuesday after the rapper changed his plans for a structure near Cody.
West told local officials that he now wanted to enter the living quarters.
Cody Enterprise reports Regional officials also objected to the West who had done a lot of work on the site. They told Western representatives to stop working immediately.
Kane Morris with Point Architects at Cody apologized, saying the West advanced as soon as he changed his mind and would stop work.
West bought a farm this year and plans to move the headquarters of its shoe and clothing company, Adidas Yeezy, to Cody.
