According to forces, the timber truck driver, identified as John Glendel Milton, 66, from Folkston, Georgia, was traveling east on the left lane of State Road 200 and ran from the road to the grassy and rolled median.
The FHP said after the truck overturned and spilled its load, another vehicle was hit by logs and reversed in the median.
