"During the pre-trial investigation, the sales fact of 62 capsules from the preparation shown was documented, where, according to the expert, the weight of sibutramine was 0.521 g.
The militia also conducted a search at the residence of a 35-year-old Kharkiv woman, in which they identified and confiscated 31 blister cards from this "product", transferred bank cards, computer equipment and so on.
The woman was held in the order of art. 208 of the Ukrainian Criminal Procedure Code and report suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal sale of psychotropic substances, committed again) and now the question to choose preventive measures.
