Ukrainian News: Captain of the Ukrainian forces "Yany Kapu" Oleg Melnichuk at a meeting of the Kiev regional court in Simferopol used the right to translators.

Semedlyaev said that the court was held as a blueprint, out of 24 sailors. As a result, Oleg Melnichuk was also chosen as a precautionary measure for a period of 2 months, that is, until January 25, 2019. He requested an interpreter, because he did not fully understand the speech.

In court, Ukrainian sailors stated that he did not plead guilty, considered himself not involved in the case and prepared to defend his innocence anywhere, including in court. On the night Semedlyaev managed to speak for several minutes with Ukraine in the temporary detention center of the city of Belogorsk. They agreed to the position of the case, and agreed that this decision would be appealed.

Recall, November 28, the district court of Kiev Simferopol issued a sentence on Ukrainian sailors detained in the Kerch Strait. They choose the size of restraint in the form of detention until 25 January 2019.

Earlier, the commander of the Armed Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Igor Voronchenko, stated that Ukrainian soldiers captured in the Kerch Strait were forced to give false testimony under pressure.
