Egyptian singer Sherine Abdel Wahab will compete for the title of best female singer in Africa in 2019 at the African Music Awards, her official concert scheduled to be held in Nigeria on November 20.
The choice of Shirin Abdel Wahab came in the final nomination for the African Music Awards or Afrima, the continent's most prestigious music award. This year included competitions between several Arab stars, including artist Tamer Hosni, singer Mostafa Haggag, Cairokee band from Egypt and Moroccan Aminox.
Shirin Abdel Wahab announced his resignation from the social networking site along with the Lebanese fire and after announcing a concert for Lebanese fire victims.
Sherine revealed the reason for her resignation from the social networking site, stressing that it was due to criticism that she was revealed during a recent period about rumors of pregnancy and abortion in addition to some criticizing her because the charity ceremony was announced.
Shereen canceled all of her social media pages two days after retiring.
