KUWAIT (Reuters) – Kuwait's oil minister, Bakhit al-Rashidi, said on Tuesday that the world oil market was stable, adding that he expected stability to continue until the end of the year.

Al-Rashidi told reporters in Kuwait that next month's OPEC meeting will consider whether the market needs more crude oil and whether there is an increase in inventories.

OPEC and its allies will meet in Vienna on December 6 and 7 to decide on oil supply policies and agree on a long-term mechanism for market management after 2018.
