The second session of the Government's Annual Meeting, during the meeting of the Emirati Working Group, adopted three initiatives aimed at involving citizens in the private sector and creating new jobs for them in the light of future changes that require the use of artificial intelligence in the labor market.

Innovative initiative
These initiatives include redistribution policies between the government and the private sector, which are job rotation mechanisms between the two sectors, which include assigning experienced and competent people from the government sector to work in leadership centers in the private sector, with the aim of expanding career paths, and increasing the demand for citizens to work in the private sector, to achieve Emirati goals in development plans, and to increase the trust of delegates through experience working in the private sector.
The government task force has adopted an initiative to build an integrated portal for skilled people entrepreneurs, in order to support Emirati efforts. The portal connects national skills with various programs and services, where they coordinate with companies in the public and private sectors and benefit from their expertise to ensure their rehabilitation. And incentives for companies that use it to use national competencies
The government has also adopted a "Sustainable Professional System" which is an integrated system in which federal and local government institutions participate and develop programs that aim to increase the level of competence of the workforce in the labor market and ensure that workforce skills are adapted to the future skills needed labor market in the country. Continuous and proactive learning from the workforce, in line with technological developments and future trends and their impact on jobs and professions in the labor market, which will contribute to improving workforce skills and increasing productive efficiency in new skills that meet the market needs of Ml.
Achieving balance in the labor market sector is one of the goals set by the Government of the United Arab Emirates, which aims to increase the proportion of Emirati in the private sector, increase women's participation in the economy, competitive indicators and indicators of gender balance.
