In Sune vs. Sune, Sune (Elis Gerdt) starts in the fire and meets a new classmate, not just Sune (John Österlund). He also seems to be very annoying.
The Sunes universe was expanded again with the new film "Sune vs. Sune" – where a new set of actors held the classic role of the Andersson family.
Many are similar to the Andersson family, but most are new. In Sune vs. Sune, who received biopremiary on Friday, Sune may struggle to find out who he really is when a new Sune, who seems to be a truly perfect person, starts in his class. In encounters with popular families in 2018, Sunes's perspective can take a greater place, humor builds more on recognition and a muted, weakened mood.
Sunetrilogin was previously the main success of the audience. The first film, "Sune in Greece – All Inclusive" (2012), was watched by nearly 590,000 in theaters. However, director Jon Holmberg ("The Case", "Swedish penis") hasn't felt the pressure.
– No, actually it's not. I know that the world is part of Sweden in a number of ways and I just try to manage it as much as I can, but keep it my way – and take it seriously and make it real as I can.
And funny, you can add. The main role of adults, Rudolf's father and Karin's mother, is played by Fredrik Hallgren ("Bonus Family") and Sissela Benn ("Hedenhös children create Christmas" and role figures Filippa Bark), chosen for their comic skills.
– They both have comic talent, in small words but also in big words. They also have good interactions, said Jon Holmberg, who is currently writing a new Sunemanus to be filmed this spring and gets the next Christmas.
The children in the film were discovered through a large casting process, in which Jon Holmberg and Maggie Widstrand, childhood crew experts, discovered a new Sune and his siblings and classmates. Elis Gerdt is looking forward to becoming a Sune with all Swedes.
"I do the role in my way and we make new things.
How do you see yourself with a large audience at the premier club?
– That is fun. Everyone laughed so much that it was fun.
Sissela Benn is also happy with the gala show.
– I was surprised myself how nice I was to think of the film, it felt very good and safe from the start. It did not belong to the vanity that I sat and scratched straight away.
Her role model, Mom Karin, gets more to do in this film than sucking her husband's stupidity. It turned out that it wasn't just the new Sune who looked perfect, even his mother (played by Marie Robertson) was so successful that Karin suffered from acute jealousy.
"That was important to me, only when I was asked, I wondered if you could really draw this story once again. But then when I read the script I felt that we must definitely do this. Instead of watering, we fill it.
