The fact has chosen Ny. Soham EL WARDINI as mayor, against the wishes of the ruling authorities to seize the city of Dakar, is perfect proof that the appeal against the decision of illegal revocation is, exclusively, a battle of principles.
From now on, Khalifa Ababacar SALL devotes all its energy to the February 24 2019 presidential election.
