The Assistant Interior Minister for Operations issued a decree which appointed an official spokesman for the Riyadh Regional Police.
It was decided to appoint Lieutenant Colonel Shaker al-Tuwaijri as the official spokesman for the district police. Al Tuwaijri held the position of Director of Public Relations and the Media Department at the Riyadh Regional Police.
