Vedomosti announced plans for Moscow City Hall to destroy the West Park business center

Moscow City Hall intends to destroy the West Park business center. This building can be recognized as an illegal building, the Vedomosti newspaper reported, citing a letter from the owner of the place in the building.

They learned that Rosreestr stopped registering places in the business center, referring to the fact that the building might be an illegal building. In a letter to the Moscow Property Department, which Rosreestr referred to, it was stated that the developer did not have permission.

According to representatives from the initiative center of the business center owner Tatyana Lavrenova, individuals and companies bought a place in West Park in 2012-2017. According to him, the inspection of the state inspection in the building took place in 2016. According to the results, violations were made, but the developers continued to sell the area, and Rosreestr registered them until October 2018.

As explained by Moscow City Hall representatives, permission was not issued to build and put the building into operation. "At present, the lawsuit is being prepared for complex recognition as illegal buildings and demolition," said the mayor's office.

The West Park development was carried out by the Plaza Development Company, two consultants who collaborated with this organization to Vedomosti. "Plaza-development", according to the interlocutor of the newspaper, belongs to the founder of the Russian Icon Museum Mikhail Abramov.

As some place owners in the business center said, they bought offices from Voskhod mutual funds. This is managed by the management company Invest City, whose beneficiaries are Galina Mikhailovna Abramova.
