Livia Stanciu was expelled from the National Institute of Magistracy

CCR Judge Livia Stanciu, former head of the HCCJ, was given on Wednesday by the National Institute of Magistracy after the European Court of Human Rights' decision that he did not give a fair trial to former Mayor Râmnicu Vâlcea, Mircea Gutau.

Mircia Gutau was finally released by the Court of Appeal and Justice in a case where she was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in prison for bribery.

Payments come as a result of a reassessment ordered after the ECHR ruling, which stipulates that Guteu does not have a fair trial.

With mercy and plea, Mircea Gutau was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in prison with full house executions, including the former head of the High Court, Livia Stanciu.

A few months after this controversial decision, Livia Stanciu was appointed as head of the High Court of Cassation and Justice by Traian Băsescu, who was famous for PDL political competition between former Romanian President and Mircea Gutau.

"I always thought I was innocent, otherwise I would not do an ECHR, so I had emotions when the review was approved, then testing the benefits. The comma in the file knew him, I realized the questions he gave me and witnesses.

So this is very fun. Even if it happens after 12 years, even if I go to jail, even if I suffer a lot. This is an improvement from my rehabilitation, "said Mircea Guteu, after payment.
