"To do this, we must limit sugar intake, we must increase the consumption of fruits and vegetables, as well as nuts, seeds and nuts," said the specialist.

Panduro Tucarit asks parents to prevent, through a healthy diet, illness or complications that will arise if habitual changes are not made.

Finally, he said that health workers should try to control patients and maintain recommended indicators such as body mass index, waist circumference, blood glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides and blood pressure. EFE
