Summer time is over again. At 3 o'clock in the morning, the hours returned to 2 am, so that night lasted an hour longer.
Hours are set overnight in all EU countries. There is a proposal from the European Commission to remove the mandatory shift between winter and summer, but no agreement has yet been reached.
Last week Weeronline came up with a suggestion to finish the discussion: 'four seasons' time, precisely between summer and winter. According to the weather office, the proposal offers many advantages.
As far as we know, that suggestion didn't work, so for a while the hours were moved twice a year. Summer time starts again on the night of 28 to 29 March 2020.
