Consumers with cellular subscriptions are now losing minutes and unused call data at the end of each month, while sometimes they pay up to 0.31 cents per minute or 0.15 cents per MB they use outside their bundle. With some customers who have used their bundles, the internet has become black for the rest of the month.
"Imagine that at the end of the month, the supermarket comes to take your half-full peanut butter. And you pay for a new pot if you want peanut butter on bread next month. We all think it's really crazy? But that's exactly what happened here. That's not possible. As a consumer you have paid for that bundle, "said the director of the Consumer Association, Bart Combée.
