Manchester United is the front runner to get the signature of one of the most striking talents in Europe, according to reports.
As Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looks to add to the goal line, Red Devils have emerged as favorites to sign Red Bull Salzburg Erling Braut Haaland.
The youngster is in extraordinary form for the Austrian team, and will cost more than £ 50 million if United wants him to sign it.
Haaland has scored 12 goals in 10 league games this season and six goals in only three Champions League performances.
Now Italian magazine Corriere dello Sport claims Napoli are very interested in signing the 19-year-old but have lost their interest because they hope he will sign a contract with Manchester United in January.
The Reds are interested in improving their ranking in the final third and United fans are eager to see the Salzburg forward enter.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer worked with the Norwegian international during his time with Molde and reports showed a reunion at Old Trafford on the cards.
Jadon dotted line?
Whoever holds the Old Trafford wallet is reportedly willing to be careful of the wind – if that means landing Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho.
Soslkjaer is hunting for reinforcements after struggling to score goals this season and the England international has been on the club's radar for a while after last season's breakout season.
Sancho departed from Manchester in 2017 when he left his neighbor Man City in the hunt for first team football, and after finding him in Germany he took the world by storm.
The teenager has emerged as one of the best young players in the world with an incredible return of 18 goals and 30 assists in just 68 matches for Dortmund.
The German giant bought Sancho for only £ 7 million and now tends to demand more than 10 times to let it go.
But according to the Mirror, 'United will not be delayed by a large fee in their pursuit.'
Tonali at cheap prices
Despite being quoted more than £ 250 million by Italian club owner Bresica, United were able to get an autograph from Italian midfielder Sandro Tonali for only £ 40 million.
The young man has been nicknamed Andrea Pirlo next in several circles, and has been watched several times by Old Trafford scouts.
And while a £ 40 million transfer fee cannot be sniffed, according to his club insiders he could be willing to let him go far less than expected.
