Girls’ Generation’s Sunny Flaunts Her Home and Shares Concerns About Her Vocals With BoA

Girls’ Generation’s Sunny revealed her cozy home in the latest episode of “On and Off”!

Sunny starts her day from her bed, opens the curtains with the remote control. He moved his adjustable bed to a comfortable position and prepared to watch TV on his projector screen. He revealed that it is his dream to eat breakfast in bed while watching shows or movies in English without subtitles.

Later that day, Sunny’s close friend and SM Entertainment labelmate BoA came to visit. They started their hangouts with a glass of champagne, and Sunny shared that BoA is a heavy drinker.

The two artists then began to prepare a meal together. Sunny told BoA to wait on the sofa and enjoy champagne while she cooked, but when BoA asked her why she took out two aprons, Sunny said, “Maybe there is a difference between the ideal and the real one.” Sunny’s prediction turned out to be right, because BoA finally prepared a meal with Sunny.

When Sunny added a lot of salt to the soup they made, BoA gasped and said, “Just enjoy the natural taste of the ingredients!” Sunny told BoA to trust him, but BoA still wasn’t sure. Despite this, BoA tasted the stew and cheerfully said, “Let’s add some more soy sauce.” He even said, “Should we put in MSG?” which Sunny did next. When BoA tasted the soup with MSG added, her eyes widened with surprise and joy.

After all the food was ready, Sunny and BoA sat down at the table to eat. Sunny’s cell phone rings, and it turns out that YoonA is friends with Sunny and BoA. In the studio, Sunny explained that YoonA, BoA, and herself have the same taste in food and drink.

After ending the call with YoonA, Sunny asked BoA what her favorite song is from her own song. He chose “Only One,” explaining, “I knew exactly what kind of appearance I wanted to do back then. And I think the music suits me the best. “

BoA then asked Sunny if she isn’t singing anymore, and Sunny shared her worries about her vocals. Sunny said, “It’s always been an unfinished task. I’m not sure what I like and what I have to do, because I’m always part of the team. On the team, I’ve always loved MSG in food. The producers wanted something from me that matched the team’s style, and that was the kind of artificial sound. When I sang normally, they didn’t like it, and my self-esteem dropped dramatically. Told that my voice sounded bland, I wondered if what I wanted to do and what I could do didn’t go together. Hearing this, BoA told Sunny that she liked her real voice, and Sunny thanked her.

In the studio, Sunny explained, “As far as I know, I am the only member of Girls’ Generation who doesn’t have a solo album.”
