The first nature of Latvia on the first day of the day, on November 20, at 11.00, will be a serious event from Riga Eastern Clinical University Hospital where a number of hospital staff will be honored for the prominence of Latvian medicine and contributions to the development of the hospital.
Imants Paeglītis, Chair of the Hospital Board: "Latvia is our birthplace, with which we are proud. We can also be proud of our work, because we are the largest medical care institution in Latvia, which contributes significantly to the care of all patients in this country. The event will be welcomed by doctors who will receive the highest award from the President of the Latvian Republic Raimonds Vējens during the holidays: Head of the General Surgery and Emergency Clinic of Guntars Pupelis, Chief and Clinical Surgery of Surgical Oncology Juris Tārs and Head of Gynecology and Obstetrics Specialist Dace Rezeberga. Also, colleagues who will receive the Ministry of Health Award will be honored: stationary "Tuberculosis and Pulmonary Center" 7. Head of the Līga Kūca Multidisciplinary Tuberculosis Department, Stationary "Latvian Oncology Center" 4th Surgical Surgery Oncology Surgery Clinic Irina Prusakova Oncology Surgery, stationary Infectious Disease Infection Center, Iveta Magone, Infectious Disease Outpatient Clinic Iveta Magone, Neseary Medical Nurse Hospital "Gaiezers" Neurology and Clinical Neurosurgery Raisa Gaile and Sanatorium Jozis Krasauskis. For honest and decent work in the development of a hospital, the Hospital Board will award 24 additional staff members.
The event will also be attended by the choir of the hospital "Stella Vitalis" and famous singer Daumants Kalnins. For the first time, a video clip taken by Composer Jānis Lūsēna, compiled by composer Janis Lūsēns, will be screened this fall, a song "The Star of Life", chosen by the hospital choir as its national anthem. The lyricist was Normund Beļskis, this video clip was directed by Arvīds Babris. The Hospital Support Fund is donated to doctors, nurses, health care workers, support staff, all staff in dignity and gratitude for selfless work and humanity in the Latvian century.
Extraordinary respect for employees will be carried out at the 1st Corps Auditorium of Riga's Stradins University "Gailezers" Concert.
