In tonight's episode all contestants woke up with songs from the song Happy Diwali, give housemates a festive vibe. Adding to the festive vibe, Megha Dhade prepares halwa for all fellow housemates. On the occasion of Diwali, Bigg Boss has a special surprise in store for all contestants and treats them to audio clips from close and dear people. Needless to say, all the contestants lost their families because they were far from home in Diwali and they immediately broke down after listening to the voices of their loved ones. Not that, three contestants were then called into the activity area after each interval, which only one of them could watch the video sent by their family members.

After much ado, all family members decided that Surbhi Rana should be given the opportunity to watch videos of the people she loved. Happiness doubled for Surbhi, who became very emotional. The next trio are Jasleen Matharu, Somi Khan and Megha, who unanimously decide that Jasleen must be given a chance. Between Deepak, Sreesanth and Rohit, Deepak was given the opportunity to watch videos sent by his family and he was very emotional when he saw his family.

Diwali's special prize from Bigg Boss brought the best among all contestants. Srishty and Dipika unanimously decided that Romil should be given the opportunity to see his child.
