Hungarian workers find their employment opportunities more and more promising

This year, 59 percent of the employees surveyed said that their commitment to work, which decreased by 1 percent compared to the previous year, had been negative for three years in Hungary.

In the Hungarian Aon survey, more than 62,000 employees from 87 companies participated this year. Based on responses, the company has compiled a list of Best Entrepreneurs on the 18th of this year, mainly by companies operating in the trade and IT fields, with the majority of the winners being small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with fewer than 250 employees.

This year's award winners include Atlas Copco Hungary Ltd. – Industrial Engineering, Cisco Systems Hungary Ltd., Carglass Hungary – CG Hungary Ltd., Nutricia Early Life & Advance Medical Nutrition, Starschema Kft. WHC.

Among 250 and 1,000 employees, B.Braun Avitum Hungary Zrt. And EuroFamily was awarded a prize.

From companies that employ more than a thousand employees, the Best Corporate Awards are given to SAP Hungary Kft., Hungarian Decathlon and Szerencsejáték Zrt.

The Aon Best Jobs program has been recognized by the organization for more than 20 years globally and regionally. Two Hungarian subsidiaries received the Best Entrepreneur Award from the company participating in the international survey: Mars Magyarország Értékesítő Bt. And karir.hu Kft.

The announcement quoted Virág Éva Uzsák, CEO of Aon Hungary, who said that managing organizational change is a big difference between the best and average companies. Companies can succeed in the future, respond sensitively to the needs of changing external customers, quickly take new ideas for success, and give them the opportunity to try new things even if they lead to mistakes.
