    4.2R seismic vibrations west of Zakynthos

Seismic vibrations measuring 4.2 on the Richter scale were recorded at 2:23 a.m. in the sea area off Zakynthos coast, according to the Geodynamic Institute of the Athens National Observatory.

The epicenter of the quake is located 44 kilometers west of Zakynthos and the focal depth is estimated at 10 kilometers.

According to the Mediterranean-European Seismology Center, the vibration was 4.6 degrees on the Richter scale, it was centered 55 km west of Zakynthos and a focus depth of 5 km.
