The problem of the car is causing legal problems for the drivers of Mount Pearl Local | News


A driver stranded at Pitts Memorial Drive in Mount Pearl this morning finally spent the night in prison.

When Royal Newfoundland Police officers stopped to inspect the driver on the side of the road, checking records revealed he was in a pair of court orders and curfew required by the court.

He was arrested, charged with two offenses and detained for a court appearance in St. John this morning.
