STEWIACKE, N.S. – Police say a woman faces charges after allegedly making a bomb threat to a business in Stewiacke, N.S.
Officers with RCMP said threats were made on November 25, December 1 and December 27, suggesting that businesses and staff could be harmed.
They say emergency services respond, and businesses are evacuated to investigate threats.
Police said local traffic and business in the area were also disrupted.
They said officers executed a search warrant at Stewiacke's home on Thursday, and arrested a 33-year-old local woman.
He has been charged with three counts of threats and three counts of damage.
