An 18-year-old Orillia man accused of killing a Mississauga woman and her two-year-old son were given bail on Wednesday.
Evan Campbell appeared in Brampton court to face two counts of criminal negligence that caused death and one criminal criminal charge that caused damage to the body.
Around 2am on November 1, Campbell was allegedly driving Hyundai north on Mavis Road when his car hit Nissan at Burnhamthorpe, with their spouse and little son inside.
Thirty-one-year-old Khushbu Aroro and his son Prakrit Dogra were killed. Saket Dogra, 33, has life-threatening injuries and remains in the hospital.
Police arrested Campbell on Tuesday.
