New version 1.11 from the mobile application MyTelenor, which is available for Android and will be available for iOS in the coming days, offering more facilities and opportunities for consumers. This version is available for users with smartphones running Android 4.4 and iOS 9 or higher.
Customers of the Telenor subscription package can now get references for their consumption as PDF files from the App Store section. This report provides a summary of billing services and consumption of invoices issued for mobile numbers used by mobile applications. If the client has requested and uses the "Detailed consumption report" service, the report will also contain detailed information about the calls made, messages sent and mobile internet used.
A "detailed consumption report" service is available for Telenor customers who have requested that they be accepted. Customers who have not stated this can do so at the Telenor store by dialing a short number 123 through the portal https://my.telenor.bg or through the Operator Business Portal. This service is not available for Telenor prepaid service users.
To better protect user information, getting a consumption report through the application will be possible by entering a one-time code that the user will receive via SMS. In addition, Telenor advises its customers to better protect their information by activating a PIN to access the entire MyTelenor application. This option is available in the "Settings" menu in the "Account" section of the application.
Another new thing in this version of MyTelenor is the ease of tabling the bank card that was used to pay monthly bills (if the user has stored the card in their account) by default. In addition, application users will also receive notifications about the availability of new versions of the application.
