Drinking tea every day reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseaseresearchers found from the University of Western Australia.
They analyzed data from a 23-year study. That involved 53,000 people. 12,000 of them are hurt.
The experts compared the eating habits of the experimental participants and concluded that consumption of products contained around 500 milligrams flavonoids, protect from ischemic disease, stroke and peripheral arterial disease. This is most likely explained by the anti-inflammatory properties of this element.
Such flavonoids are contained in a cup of tea.
Scientists also recommend giving up alcohol and cigarettes because they eliminate the benefits of consuming flavonoids.
