Alex Bernardo, Neymar's advisor, gave testimony on Friday (14) at the Computer Crime Repression Service (DRCI), in Rio de Janeiro. He is accused of publishing videos with intimate images of Najila Trinity on players' social networks.
In the statement, according to UOL, Bernardo acknowledged that he was responsible for the disclosure, but not for the video edition and also stated that the post was made at the request of Neymar. Accompanied by a lawyer, he left the place without speaking to the press. The testimony takes about one and a half hours.
Neymar said that he was not responsible for revealing intimate pictures of Najila Trindade and that he only made videos where he defended the rape accusations made by the model.
Pablo Sartori's delegation, who is responsible for this case, has up to 30 days from the opening of the investigation to provide an initial reference to the case. According to UOL, he will not ask for an extension of the deadline.
