A Brussels Airlines plane had to take a preventive landing this Saturday, about 19 hours, just before its scheduled arrival, announced Het Nieuwsblad.
It was flight SN3778 which connected Ibiza to Zaventem. Because of problems with the engine, the airplane pilot notifies air traffic controllers. He was forced to make a preventive landing: "This is different from an emergency landing," Brussels Airlines spokesman told our colleagues. "In this case, the aircraft has priority and can land first."
The fire department is still on alert: "But this is a normal procedure," said one party from the company.
There were no injuries and everything went well for 137 people in it.
