State-controlled oil company YPF will lose 124 sales points acquired by the US Gulf brand, which will remain in the country for the following year.

Through the DeltaPatagonia company, an operator in the Gulf region, foreign companies have gotten a large number of places passed to control the YPF after the bankruptcy of Oil Fuel, an oil company owned by Cristobal López.

In this way, YPF will leave the Gulf station in 17 provinces in the hands of the Gulf. At present, DeltaPatagonia controls more than 900 service stations in Paraguay, Uruguay and Bolivia.
