A great storm that hit the city of Cordoba and most of the province, left no injured or evacuated victims. This was confirmed by Deputy Secretary of Urban Urban Emergency, Hugo Garrido, to Cadena 3.
The storm caused the fall of at least 50 trees and blasting roofs in several dangerous houses. Blows reached 85 kilometers per hour in the city, the official said.
The storm hit the hardest in the area "northwest, southwest and west of the city, with a smaller impact in the northeast," Garrido added.
"There are complicated situations with roofs of tiles, we have four such types of incidents," he said.
From the Energy Company of the Province of Córdoba, they told Sound that this morning storm produced complications at the general level, in all provinces.
"The outlook is better than we had a few hours ago. There were gusts of up to 100 kilometers per hour in several places in the interior. We worked with reinforced guards to restore services as soon as possible," said Alfredo Camponovo, Epec spokesman.
"We have a common problem caused by this type of meteorological phenomenon, with the characteristics of tornadoes in several sectors. The problem has been widespread throughout the province, with regular damage to distributors who are not functioning mainly due to strong winds," Camponovo said.
