This will be a great relief after a year of record high fuel prices.

Gasoline and diesel prices are expected to fall by more than R1 per liter next week.

Unaudited figures from the Central Energy Fund show a decrease in R1.85 per liter in gasoline prices.

The price of diesel fuel will decrease with an estimate of R1.40 while illuminating paraffin is expected to decrease by R1.28.

Price reductions are due to stronger rands and lower international oil prices.
